then I saw that video for FWIW acoustic filmed in that room with the yellow curtains that only lasts 2 mins. Aaaaagh!

What is the background info on this video?
Why was it shot? When did it air?
Why is it cut-off? Is there a full version? Were other songs done at this time?
I'm sure I'm not the only one left hanging!

It was aired somewhen in 2003 on Swedish TV show Musikbyrån on SVT2. My guess is it wasn't fully aired in the first place therefore there is no full version except somewhere deep down in SVT's archives. The same goes for possible other songs.

Hey Valeria, how's about a little translation in that video. Obviously it was serious subject, but why was the host cracking up?

It is a bit nice, and it can help those who actually are far from their parents, or those who just regret that their parents were/are not rich.

Wow! I didn't realize it was fake. Too bad, I was kinda hoping that it was real.

Kosinus, it is NOT fake! It's terrible but it's real show called "Boomerang". There was a show about invalids and victims of doctors and medicine at all... But this stupid Eric Hartman (man with a microphone) start laughing...and I laughed too:((((( really! And he lost his job at the same evening. The explanation of this situation is here:

I don't know, from all the searching I did I'm pretty sure it's fake.

Valeria, I liked the Boomerang vid. How did the audience members remain so serious?!
weird and funny and cruel and life.

Now I'm watching old videos from LGBD...I'm so sad...I'm waiting, waiting for their new creation, for new beautiful songs...I like Nina's solo project, I like Magnus's solo projects, I like all their solo projects. But I don't see The Cardigans. They write the best songs when they work together. It's my opinion. I still believe in their reunion. If I couldn't believe, what should I do?

Valeria asks "what should I do"
maybe you can assemble some of your favourite photos and pick a Cardigans song then put them together on youtube as a video tribute to the band we all love.
If you don't know how to do that I'm sure there are members of this forum that can help you, a few have made videos for youtube.

Hello, Kv2.o! That’s great idea and I would like to assemble some videos with The Cardigans’ music. But what can they say if I use their music in such presentation? Is it legal?

Of course, I want to show how I love their creation, I want to show my own feelings and assotiations from The Cardigans’ songs. For example, I’ve got a lot of photos from taiga (where I live at summer)…And it would be cool to show my feelings and memories using their songs. When I walk in the forest, I often listen to their old songs. When I’m on bicycle, I like listening to songs from SEG. When I look at the stars at nights, I listen to LGBD…and so on.

I really don’t know if it’s correct to use their music for Youtube…It seems to me, it’s illegal, isn’t it?

But if it’s possible, I’d like to make some photo- and video-presentations with their songs. Just for them. And for us!

I think it would be great for you to try.
Here are examples I found on youtube
where fans have created Cardigan videos
as a tribute to them:

Of sure, I'm not going to earn money using their music ;)

Well, then I'm starting to assemble new videos! With my best photos!
