I should point out that I wasn't trying to say that Peter shouldn't have any involvement with the band at all on the next album. But I think everyone would appreciate a more collaborative album at this point. I'm sure it wasn't fun for Magnus (in particular) to see Nathan have more input on Long Gone Before Daylight and Super Extra Gravity than he had. And we know from Up The Mountain that the 3 other guys have still got it. Plus, we all know what eventually happens to bands who have tyrannical songwriters denying other band members their fair share. Just ask pretty much any band member Billy Corgan has ever worked with. All 20-or-so who usually couldn't take more than 2 years of working with him.

When I saw them live that summer, I really missed Peter during 'For What It's Worth'... It's not the same without him. Don't wanna get used to that.
