That's cool. But I actually found the wiki page it links from even more interesting.
I didn't know about a few of the more recent things he's been working on.

Totally mainstream "talent show" stuff.

I was just listening to GT with a beaten up iPod the input jack is broken.
So I have to twist the earbud to get full sound. But I was working outside with a caulking gun and couldn't adjust it. So at different times as I moved I would hear isolated instruments like just the acoustic guitar track and odd keyboard sounds and little things you don't notice buried in the tracks. It was very cool! I love stuff like that because it reveals the magic and inspiration of the artists creating the music.
It also got me thinking about Magnus' comment on FB about a Swedish TV program filming a segment about the making of Lovefool and his eagerness to do "Classic Album"-type interview at the mixing board in studio.
He did say that we would have to wait to see it. Can't wait to see that!

You wish you had multitrack versions of the songs, don't you? To explore them better. Sometimes I'm in the mood for instrumentals and I wish I could turn Nina's sweet voice off. :>

Yes multitrack would be awesome! There is no easy way to separate tracks unless you have sophisticated equipment. It was a fluke my iPod was broken and I could hear isolated tracks. I have heard examples of isolated tracks on YouTube . Some people discovered they could access tracks using their Xbox because the company that did sound for Rockband games used multitrack encoding. If you search orange Harrison on Google or YouTube you will find an explanation and examples of this.

Also wanted to point out the artistry involved in these Cardigans albums again.
We all know how great they sound and that there was a period where the band and producer created innovative art. One time I took GT to a highend

Audio store to test out speakers and the store owner was so impressed with GT he bought his own cd to demonstrate his equipment and I would hear it playing in the store on other visits.

Thanks bac!
Tessanne Chin “Tumbling Down”?? I don’t know her.
What is Peter doing these days?
I read his interview again. This is LGBD era.
I really hope he will come back to the band.

“- Throughout the collaboration with Titiyo, I was able to direct and influence almost more than had been the case in The Cardigans. I not only wrote the melodies and produced the recordings, but was also involved in the lyric writing, though I realised quite clearly that I didn't hold responsibility in the same way, since I was behind the scenes. And I then discovered that it wasn't really as exciting…”

No. Just hard to get him involved with the rest of the band.

I don't understand Peter's involvement with, what do you call it? Top 40? Teeny Bopper?

This year, out of all the Cardigan records and their side projects, I played Righteous Boy most often. That album just speaks to me, puts me in my place, and prepares me for whatever is around. Great job again Magnus!
