I know this is not the greatest place for this... not too many of us still checking in here... but there's nothing wrong with standing strong with Paris citizens and Cardifans alike in the wake of the awful terrorist attacks of a few weeks ago. I was reminded immediately of the shows the band played at Le Bataclan, as the videos posted on YouTube were my introduction to that venue. I am sure they've played there a bunch of times and this attack brings great sadness to anybody who knew that venue as a place of joy and music, bringing people from all over the world together in the spirit of community. My heart goes out to Paris, to the Islamic community and the good people at Le Bataclan. |
