Hi,

I live in the UK and I would like to get hold of the US version of 'Long Gone Before Daylight' with the bonus DVD. Can anyone recommend a cheap and reliable US site that I could order from?

CD Universe is the cheapest I have found so far at about Ģ10 including postage but I've not ordered from them before.

Try www.towerrecords.com or www.bestbuy.com (Bestbuy is definitely the cheapest but I don't know if they ship worldwide.)

CD Universe is a reliable site. I've got dvd's from them before and they arrived from New York within a week of ordering.

10quid for the cd and dvd is pretty damn good. Can't imagine you'll get much better than that.

wish i'd spotted this thread a couple of days earlier so that I could warn you - the DVD is region 1. I was surprised as bonus dvds are usually regionless. So you'll need to track down a region 1 or multi-region dvd player to watch it.

I bought it when I was in New York in April and my dvd player canīt play it because of its region code!

Take a look here

Firmware and tools for DVD region

The best is to flash (= change) the firmware. You need to know the exact model of your reader.
If you don't know, you can use a software (see the link).

i'm sorry about that. i bought mine in March of 2005, here in California of course. it plays on my pc, laptop and dvd player - its copy encrypted. maybe you got a bad one . always save your receipt when you buy anything. test it the moment you get home and if it doesn't work, trade it in for another one or your money back. you know how stores are about exchanges, refunds and all that all these different stupid policies !
