There is a god. I just checked my email 3 mins. ago and read the good news. 9/23/06 Cardigans at the Metro 11:30pm. It's a great venue. The time is a little odd though. Never the less I'm looking forward to it. I'm getting tickets first thing in the morning. Anyone else going? Is Chicago the first stop on the US tour? |

Unfortunately recording devices are not allowed in the Metro. I'd try to sneak one in but they pat you down pretty good. Plus I wouldn't risk getting kicked out of the show. |

Just ordered my tickets. Man I hate Ticketmaster. The tickets were 19.00, after all the fees they were 30.01. What a racket! |

Hey,that's soo good to hear!! :) Cardigans in America!! I have sisters there,but one of them is here right now,and they are not fans og Cardigans..I know.. :o/
And I don't understand what's the problem with cameras..why aren't you allowed to use them? |

Weird. I go to ticketmaster.com and it says no tickets currently on sale.
So I do a search on the Metro club ( which I've been to in the past saw Joan Osborne there!) anyway metrochicago.com does list the gig there and they have a pic of the band andthe cardigans links to this site and an order tickets button. I'd go to the gig if there wasn't a Detroit gig.

hey, Kv2.0. typically bands hit up detroit, play chicago the following night and conclude the trifecta with a show in minneapolis, but who knows. i hope the cardies get all the money they deserve, and the tour is actualized. |

I'm surprised that a lot of venues in europe allow recording devices. As far as the US is concerned, I think it's a copyright thing. I think pretty much all venues in the US don't allow any kind of recording devices. Piracy maybe? |

some(alot) of houston venues allow or just dont care. i've recorded eisley at meridian and i hope to record ladytron when they come (at that same venue.) |

Maybe..But if Cardigans allow that..I mean,it's their show..Or if they are not recording their concerts isn't it good if they can get it from others..?
