I know, I'm not a big big cardi-fan. I never saw them playing live and I don't have ALL their songs...
But, wow, what a refreshing musical wave they are!!!!!
I still compare lots of bands out today with our five cuties. And the majority of those bands just doesn't have the same great great great great great great humour and charisma and talent of our Cardigans. They've got something simple and special, and it's in between being good musicians, talented super iper cute songwriter, northern Europe people and very kind with the fans.
Basically... is one of those rare bands where you can really feel they started playing together as an inspired bunch of friends and not as some random wannabe singer-actor-guru-electric models with instruments looking for a quick record contract.
And.. hey, I know everybody here knows what I'm gonna say already, but... Nina is such a rarity!!!! A beautiful singer with a beautiful natural voice and lots of truly beautiful lyrics. And she's so underrated... But we fans give her what she deserves!! Lots of love and passion :)
Ok, for once I had my "fan moment", and I feel happy now after I said what I feel.
