What is the most impotant thing for writing songs? Plenty of modern and old songs are similar. Or it seems, they`re similar…Why? A lot of them are created with using only 3-4 accords. Yes, there is a rule to write so. But many songs are forgotten easily and quickly, they`re usual and written without inspiration…Although many bands think, firstly, about commercial success, there still live musiciants thinkin` about…real art. What do you think? I like music of “The Cardigans” very much and really enjoy listening. Their songs are so individual. I wonder how they can write such music for many years and almost not to repeat. How? Where do they take forces??

yes, cardigans' songs are so individual and, in my opinion, that's why listening a cardigans' cd for years is not boring because they're always changing which i find very difficult and admirable
sometimes songs written without inspiration are better than those that have been written with too much inspiration, but only sometimes ...
