Ok,this should be very easy.We all have one (yes,I mean birthday),some can't wait that day to come, some are dreading of it..
So..the question is : which birthday you remember well (and plan never to forget) (you can reveal why.. if you want ),and second part is what would you like to get for next birthday (NOTE:Material thing needed here) and from ..?
Be rude,honest,brutal,sentimental..everything you are..

that summer had its charm
I don't remember my birthday because I was only a few moments old and my eyes couldn't see so clearly (or didn't see anything at all, as I said - I don't remember). I guess the doctors were around me. And my mother of course (not sure about the father).

Hum ok..nice and 'smart' one..but I didn't particulary mean it has to be your 1st birthday, but ok..
Me,it was my 18th birthday (deepest in my memory) as a bad bad day.. :( BUT,I've had some great ones..sometimes I was alone, sometimes I was with my loved ones.. Magical one (that I do remember) was my 5th one.. (saw later from the cake on a picture) Of course,I have only fragments, pieces of memory..pictures flashing.. me laughing..jumping,running from/with my brother..candle wish.. Maybe it was my best cause it's so unreal..no real weight or expectations..
2nd part..I'd like to get for my next birthday..hum..hum..2 bus tickets to some not that far destination (her choice),from a best friend, for me and her.

My last birthday yesterday I will never forget. It was the best birthday I´ve ever had. I met all my sweet friends, even those who live far away. So thanks to my friends.
Before this one, I always loved my 18th birthday!

I remember my 18th birthday because it was only 5 month ago. It was really great, many friends, many laughs and fun, a bit of martini and huge cake. Also I remember my 15th birthday -the celebration was international. Me and my 3 closest friends took part in exchange study and our exchange friends just came to Kyiv and we celebrated my birthday all together, really great, they gave me such cool present, which I will never forget. 16th birthday I was celebrating two weeks -so it was the longest birthday partu ever. Started from the concert and the backstage of the best Ukrainian groups and ....
There is one birthday that I'll surely won't forget ever because I got a scar under the left eye from my dear brother while playing hide and seek.I suppose I was 7 that day. ;(
But in fact I am always woriing about birthdays, and don't feel fine this day, but after the world becomes a good place again ;)

I was trying to be funny because I really don't remember any particular birthday. I guess that means I haven't had an unforgettable birthday yet and to be honest the prospects of that kind of birthday don't look good. Many of you celebrate your BDs, I don't. When you're a kid you celebrate in a family (with cake of course) but when you get older you celebrate BD with friends, right? Well, I never had that "BD with friends" phase. Now when my family doesn't celebrate my BD anymore, nobody does. I hope you understand what I'm trying to say. ;)

my latest birthday (18) wasn't special but i remember when i turned 17, my friends and i got drunk in the house of one of us, it was very funny but i can't remember it clearly which is a pity :( i think this is one of the reasons why i gave up drinking...

I know what you mean. I never liked (and never had) those kind of 'big' 'party' birthdays you mention.(that doesn't mean I don't like to party ) Just,I don't have many friends to throw a party, and honestly,I wouldn't like some "strangers" to be with me on that day..(and since my mood isn't quite "pleasant" either..). So,it was usually family (when I was younger) and one/two closest friends or boyfriend (later).. really private and comfortable..
But maybe you felt lonely?Maybe you wanted friends to celebrate with you..?

a two way tie.

my 15th because well in latin culture a girl offically becomes a woman at 15 and we have a Quinceanera (barmitzva kinda). i didn't wanna have one (ceremony or party) but i am glad i did (thanks Mom R.I.P.) because it was one of the happiest days of my life. all of my loved ones were there. we goofed off, got dirty, ate great food, broke things, took silly pictures at Disneyland; i was happy the whole entire day!

and my 18th. the day i became an adult lol, i had a regular surprise party at my aunt's house with food, a cake and a pinata. it was just family at nite; during the day i went shopping with my cousins. the only sad part of it was my mother not being there :(
