the man is saying something like "modern youths favourite dances are the disco, groove and beat dances" ok. "they produce serious problems for adults because of this move (the hump)" sure "you need to get in to a real disco feel to get it right" the best thing is his tone when he says these things. there is no humour, and why should there, disco is a serious thing!

I can´t remember his name, but he used have his own dance show like years and years ago...
